In practice, the expected outputs are:
- Developing training modules
- Guide to the choice of tools for individual remediation of behavioural skills
- “Computerised” tools for the observation and development of behavioural skills (MOOCs, radar visio4-SFC)
- Community of practice on the theme of behavioural skills
- Methodology for incorporating work on behavioural skills into activities identified in training and evaluation manuals
- Feasibility study for the recognition of behavioural skills
As a reminder, the partnership has developed these intellectual outputs to respond to the needs of trainers, based on a situational situational analysis and recommendations from all of the partners.
